Rohan has spent nearly 30 years building a successful career in the tech industry, leading teams, driving innovation, and delivering results. Along the way, he’s also been deeply involved in real estate—investing in and flipping single-family homes for over 20 years. Now, he’s taking that passion to the next level by diving into multifamily commercial real estate. With a strong foundation in both tech and real estate, Rohan is focused on creating smart, sustainable investments and long-term value.
Srikanth Kasam
With over 25 years of experience at top technology companies including Microsoft, Amazon, and multiple startups, Srikanth has held a broad spectrum of leadership roles—ranging from QA Lead and Technical Program Manager to Product Manager, Head of Customer Success, and Head of Operations. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled high-performing teams, delivered customer-centric solutions, presented to investors and board members, and consistently driven meaningful business results.
While single-family homeownership has offered personal fulfillment, Srikanth uncovered a more scalable and impactful opportunity in multifamily apartment investing. He has since expanded his real estate portfolio and now specializes in acquisitions, with a strong passion for technical underwriting. Today, he is committed to helping fellow tech professionals—“Tech Bros”—build long-term wealth and create lasting value through strategic, data-driven real estate investments.
Prasad Illapani
Prasad Illapani is a seasoned software professional with over 25 years of experience in product management and strategy. He has successfully delivered both on-premise and cloud-based software products and services to enterprise and SMB customers across the globe. In addition to his work in the tech industry, Prasad is also an active startup advisor and investor in several technology ventures.
With a background in civil engineering and a long-standing interest in the construction industry, Prasad founded GreenRidge Homes LLC, a real estate company focused on single-family rental homes and the renovation of older properties in the Seattle area. Driven by his passion for real estate and a desire to expand his portfolio, he is now concentrating on multi-family residential and commercial properties. His goal is to generate long-term, passive income for investors through strategic real estate investments.
Neeraja Mundla
My name is Neeraja Reddy. I am married with two children and have a professional background in the IT industry, where I worked for approximately 15 years. I made the conscious decision to take a career break to be fully present with my children during their high school years, ensuring I could support them closely before they transition to college.
As they approach the next chapter of their lives, I have begun to revisit and realign my personal and professional goals. Having previously invested in several single-family properties, I developed a growing interest in real estate, which led me to explore home renovation and flipping. This experience ignited a broader vision and inspired me to pursue opportunities in multifamily real estate as a means to create sustainable passive income for my family.
I am now actively seeking to connect with like-minded professionals, investors, and mentors who share a passion for real estate and long-term value creation.
